Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Manager / Senior Manager, White Label Solutions – APAC to lead the growth and development of Agoda’s White Label business across the Asia-Pacific region. You will develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, airlines, loyalty programs, telecommunications companies, e-commerce platforms, and other ecosystem partners, driving the adoption and performance of Agoda-powered travel solutions embedded within partner channels. What You’ll Do APAC White Label Strategy - Develop and execute Agoda’s regional White Label strategy across APAC. - Identify priority markets, partner segments, and growth opportunities. - Establish commercial, operational, and performance objectives for each partnership. - Develop scalable partnership models adaptable to different APAC markets. - Monitor trends in embedded travel, loyalty, digital payments, and partner ecosystems. Partnership Development and Commercial Growth - Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation, launch, and optimization. - Build and maintain senior-level relationships with existing partners. - Develop joint value propositions and business cases. - Lead negotiations covering pricing, commissions, funding, marketing support, service levels, data sharing, and performance commitments. - Drive incremental bookings, revenue, customer acquisition, and partner-funded growth. - Expand successful partnerships across markets, products, and customer segments. Solution Design and Go-to-Market Execution - Work with product, technology, operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to design partner solutions. - Translate partner requirements into clear business and product requirements. - Ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally scalable, and aligned with Agoda’s platform capabilities. - Lead go-to-market planning, customer journeys, campaigns, and partner communications. - Establish governance and operating models for strategic partnerships. Performance Management and Optimization - Define and monitor KPIs, including bookings, revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, repeat usage, partner funding, cost of sale, and profitability. - Conduct regular performance reviews with partners. - Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer engagement, visibility, and commercial returns. - Lead test-and-learn initiatives using data and customer insights. - Evaluate incrementality, cannibalization, customer quality, and long-term customer value. Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as the regional business owner for White Label partnerships. - Influence senior stakeholders across Agoda. - Coordinate teams across functions and markets. - Develop business cases and secure internal approvals. - Drive resolution of commercial, operational, and technical challenges. - Share best practices across APAC. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field. - 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, distribution, e-commerce, travel, fintech, loyalty, digital platforms, or related industries. - Proven experience managing complex regional partnerships across APAC. - Demonstrated success with B2B2C, embedded, distribution, API-led, or White Label solutions. - Strong commercial and negotiation experience. - Experience working with senior executives at large regional or multinational organizations. - Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact. - Experience managing or mentoring teams is preferred. Skills and Competencies - Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial execution. - Strong understanding of digital distribution, e-commerce, travel, loyalty, payments, or partner ecosystems. - Ability to develop compelling partner propositions and business cases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Ability to work across cultures, functions, and time zones. - High ownership and resilience in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. Preferred Skillsets - White Label or API-led travel distribution. - Airline, hotel, or loyalty partnerships. - Data-led experimentation and incrementality measurement. - Product-led partnership development. - Regional partnership management is preferred Language - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Japanese Speaking is preferred Success Measures - Sustainable growth in APAC White Label bookings and revenue. - Increased partner adoption, customer engagement, and repeat usage. - Improved commercial performance and partner profitability. - Timely delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. - Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Clear demonstration of incremental value for Agoda and its partners.
