- Job Description
- Develop sustainability investment integration and stewardship workflow and
- Develop materiality framework for different industries.
- Develop SCBAM ESG score for investees – initiate, regularly monitor.
- Co-work with investment managers (analysts and fund managers) to integrate sustainability factors to investment analysis and decision making.
- ESG stewardship
- Engagement with companies
- ESG proxy voting
- ESG incorporation
- ESG integration to financial forecast and asset valuation
- Keep up-to-date good ESG practice in advanced market to improve scoring framework.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineer, Finance, or a related field with a strong emphasis on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability investment analysis, ESG scoring, and integration within a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability frameworks and ESG integration strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop materiality frameworks and conduct ESG scoring.
- In-depth knowledge of current ESG practices in advanced markets and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
