Job Description: Role Overview- A CL9 Recruiter executes end-to-end full-lifecycle recruitment across assigned service groups or technology tracks, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver quality talent on time. This role requires independent ownership of a requisition portfolio while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and data accuracy.Key Qualifications- 8 years+ of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably within IT services, or consulting environments- Demonstrated experience managing concurrent requisitions across multiple job families or career levels (Analyst to Senior Manager)- Prior exposure to technology or SAP talent pools is an advantage- Confident in engaging senior stakeholders (up to MD level) for demand alignment, SLA governance, and offer approval- Working knowledge of ATS and demand management systems (e.g., Workday, or equivalent)- Ability to track and maintain accurate role status, pipeline data, and reporting for assigned demandsNice to Have- Experience with SAP module hiring or campus/early careers recruiting (either)Expectation to see in the CV: Placement per year (shouldn’t less than 50 roles / year for corporate recruiter, 30 placements for recruitment consultant)
