- รับเป้าหมายผลิตภัณฑ์จาก C Level,PM → ออกแบบ + ขับ AI agents สร้างจนเสร็จระดับ production → ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเองเบื้องต้นเองทั้งหมด
- สิ่งที่จะทำ
- แตกโจทย์ใหญ่เป็นชิ้น แล้วใช้ AI coding agents (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex ฯลฯ) สร้างจริง
- review + audit สิ่งที่ AI สร้าง อย่างไม่เชื่อใจ — จับ logic ผิด, race condition, บั๊กต , security
- เป็นเจ้าของ correctness ของระบบเงิน (credit/Stripe/refund), pipeline เจน, idempotency
- เขียน/สั่งเขียน test, ผ่าน gate, deploy, และ ยืนยันว่าใช้งานได้จริงก่อนบอกว่าเสร็จ
- ต้องมี (ตัดสินจากนี้)
- วิจารณญาณวิศวกรรมระดับ senior — อ่านโค้ดออก, บอกได้ว่าสถาปัตยกรรมดี/พัง, รู้ว่า AI ตอบมั่ว
- คล่อง AI coding agents จริง (ไม่ใช่แค่ ChatGPT ถามตอบ) — เคยสร้างของจริงด้วยมัน
- เข้าใจ web app ยุคนี้: TypeScript, Next.js, DB/SQL (Postgres/Prisma), async/queue/worker, API, Stripe/payment
- logic/systems thinking สูง — อธิบายได้ว่าทำไม flow นี้ปลอดภัย/ไม่ปลอดภัย, เงินไม่รั่ว
- เป็นเจ้าของ + ไม่รอสั่งทีละบรรทัด: เจอ gap แล้วถาม/ปิดเอง
- สื่อสารกับทีมได้
- เป็น plus
- เคยทำ generative AI / LLM app, prompt engineering
- DevOps พื้นฐาน (Docker, deploy, monitoring), security mindset

- คนที่ prompt ได้แต่ตรวจงาน AI ไม่เป็น (ship บั๊กขึ้น prod)
- คนที่บอก "เสร็จแล้ว" โดยไม่ verify

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Design and implement scalable software solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services and architecture design.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Ability to design and implement scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling techniques.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and code quality.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git for efficient code management.
