- Job Description
- Support overall internship management, including onboarding/orientation, support foreign intern for required document, and coordination with the HR Shared Service Team.
- Lead and coordinate for internship activity.
- Assist in HR Development (HRD) activities, including training administration, learning programs, and training evaluation.
- Support employer branding and university collaboration activities, such as career fairs, campus events, university visits, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Support and prepare the material for company engagement activities.
- Support digitalization projects: HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Support HRBP projects, monthly reports, workshops, and other assigned HR initiatives.

- Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic problem solving skills
- Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from November 2026 onwards)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good collaboration with people.
- Basic presentation and communicaton skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query or data visualization tools are adventaged.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
