Job Description
Lead and oversee daily bar operations across the resort's outlets.
Create and implement innovative cocktail menus and signature beverage experiences that reflect the Mercure brand.
Drive beverage creativity, quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and develop bartenders and service team members to achieve excellence in product knowledge and service delivery.
Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and stock control to maximize profitability.
Analyze beverage performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams on promotions, events, seasonal menus, and special activations.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and beverage partners.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, safety, and Accor brand standards.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging spirits, cocktail innovations, and luxury guest preferences.
