Job Description - Develop and execute insurance partnership strategies and business plans aligned with SCB’s bancassurance priorities and growth objectives. - Lead strategic projects and new business initiatives with insurance partners, from business case development through implementation and performance monitoring. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business performance to identify new opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. - Collaborate with insurance partners and cross-functional teams to develop new products, services, business models, and customer propositions that enhance competitiveness. - Manage key stakeholder and partner relationships, including project coordination, negotiation, executive presentations, and progress reporting to ensure successful execution. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Insurance, Strategy, or related fields. - At least 8 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Business Development, Partnership Management, Management Consulting, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights and strategies into practical business actions. - Excellent project management, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners. - Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with good command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and business partners.
