- This role serves the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by developing and implementing key distribution and e-Commerce strategies to optimize distribution channels.
- Key objectives include:
- Implementing Minor Hotels’ short-term and long-term e-Commerce strategies to boost Brand.com direct business.
- Ensuring optimal content presentation of all Minor Hotels brands across electronic distribution channels.
- Establishing best practices for online campaigns to maximize direct revenue.
- Supporting hotels in managing and leveraging e-Commerce channels and partners.
- Coordinating with hotels, partners, and agencies on e-Commerce activities.
- Optimizing online content to maximize visibility and ranking across search engines and direct channels.
- Conducting feasibility studies and ROI analyses and recommending revenue improvement opportunities.
- Measuring and reporting e-Commerce performance and recommending improvements.
- Producing weekly and monthly channel performance reports.
- Job Scope and General Purpose
- The e-Commerce Executive is responsible for executing digital media and e-Commerce activities for Minor Hotels and its brands globally.
- The position also supports other corporate departments by developing digital marketing and e-Commerce strategies aligned with corporate goals.

- Key Duties and Responsibilities
- e-Commerce
- Implement, analyse, and develop e-Commerce tactics to maximize direct revenue through Brand.com.
- Prepare and analyse SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Advise hotels and report on campaign results.
- Create best-practice documentation.
- Establish web traffic reports and analyse trends.
- Develop site-level KPI reports and identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize website content, images, links, and translations.
- Coordinate website launches for new hotels.
- Manage online tracking and reporting systems.
- Optimize ROI through affiliate programs, metasearch, PPC, SEO, and partnerships.
- Develop e-Commerce SOPs and training materials.
- Explore new geographic markets and website audiences to improve conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Support hotels with digital marketing and e-Commerce activities.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure ROI targets are achieved.
- Demonstrate knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM, email buys, paid search, mobile marketing, and internet advertising models.
- Support PPC and SEO planning and execution.
- Develop and monitor social media activities and performance measurement.
- Strategy and Budget Management
- Support digital and e-Commerce budgeting.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior hotel management.
- Project and Third-Party Agency Management
- Meet and collaborate with vendors, agencies, and media partners such as Google, Baidu, and metasearch partners to stay informed on industry best practices.
