- Business
- Targets and coordinates catering sales efforts. The job involves initiation and development of quality leads to ensure growth of catering sales
- Achieve sales target and budget, labour cost, analyze and improve cost of goods and profitability.
- Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image.
- Work with R&D, OM to develop, implement, control all operation procedure and lead the execution of service standards.
- Plan and organize all catering activities.
- Coordinate and assist in menu planning and pricing.
- Determining customer requirements and proposing catering options.
- People
- Co-ordinate with brands & other function to setup / manage catering system standards.
- Customer
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time.
- Work with OM on a daily basis ensure high quality level of Q.S.C. standard with emphasis on customer service while adhering to all health and safety company standards and procedures.
- Resolves & manage customer issues & complaints on a timely basis.
- Qualifications
- At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Management of Food and Service Operations.
- Good in computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good in English communication.
