- This role serves as the "Strategic Bridge" between business priorities, customer needs, and product development. The role translates business direction and customer insights into product opportunities, solution strategies, and actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap priorities. Working across Business, Product, Data, Commercial, Operations, and GTM teams, you will ensure that the products we build solve meaningful advertiser problems while contributing to the company’s monetization goals.
- What you’ll Do:
- Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize insights from advertisers, Commercial teams, product performance, market trends, and competitive solutions to identify priority segments, unmet needs, behavioral drivers, and adoption barriers.
- Strategic Opportunity Translation: Connect business and monetization priorities with customer and market insights to define product opportunities, target use cases, and value hypotheses supported by data, demand signals, and potential business impact.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence: Partner with Product Managers during discovery and planning to translate identified opportunities into strategic recommendations that inform product direction, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Product Solution Development & Validation
- Validation & Value Proposition: Use advertiser research, pre-sales conversations, pilots, experiments, and performance analysis to validate solution fit and expected value, while defining the target segments, product differentiation, advertiser value proposition, and supporting evidence.
- Solution Shaping & Alignment: Partner with Product, Data, UX, and Engineering to translate product opportunities into clear problem statements, use cases, value hypotheses, market requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business and monetization direction, customer needs, and operational capabilities.
- Product Optimization: Synthesize advertiser feedback and product performance insights into actionable recommendations for continuous product improvement and future roadmap consideration.
- GTM Strategy & Commercial Enablement
- GTM Enablement: Equip GTM and Commercial teams with validated target segments, use cases, value propositions, competitive insights, and supporting evidence, translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives and enablement inputs.
- Launch Readiness & Client Validation: Partner with Product, GTM, Commercial, and Operations teams to align on product capabilities, limitations, target users, and launch readiness.
- Adoption Insights & Recommendations: Identify adoption barriers through advertiser feedback and post-launch insights, and recommend product, communication, or operational improvements to strengthen activation, usage, and retention.
- Strategic Leadership & Influence:
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment across Business, Product, Data, Commercial, Operations, and GTM teams on customer problems, product opportunities, solution value, and strategic priorities.
- Strategic Communication & Influence: Communicate market insights, business implications, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to management and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- What you’ll Need:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in Product Marketing, Business Consulting, Marketing Solution or Business Development, preferably in Ad Tech, E-commerce, or SaaS.
- Product & Market Strategy: Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities and customer or market insights into product opportunities, solution direction, and strategic recommendations that inform product roadmaps.
- Business & Monetization Acumen: Strong understanding of how product solutions create customer value and contribute to business and monetization goals, with the ability to balance customer desirability, business viability, and operational feasibility.
- Analytical & Experimental Mindset: Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data to form hypotheses, evaluate pre-sales signals, pilots, experiments, and product performance, and translate findings into product actions.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex product and market insights through clear narratives, value propositions, and recommendations that resonate with management, cross-functional teams, and advertisers.
- Leadership: Strong presence and confidence to manage upward and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Directors/Heads) to gain buy-in for your strategies.
