- We are seeking Logistic & Warehouse Section Manager (Internal name: LPD Section Manager) In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure all fulfillments are handled accurately, on schedule, and in the most cost-efficient manner. You will lead the function as a true player-coach, combining strategic operational oversight with day-to-day hands-on problem solving alongside your team. Your work spans from daily delivery coordination and vendor alignment to ongoing process improvements and departmental budget control. By elevating our fulfillment capabilities, you ensure learners and operational teams across the organization receive exceptional, reliable service.

- What You’ll Drive
- Warehouse & Logistics Control
- Oversee and manage inventory levels in the warehouse while supervising logistics pipelines to ensure all customer deliveries are accurate, complete, and consistently punctual in line with operational standards.
- Budget Management
- Manage and control freight expenses and packing budgets while tracking periodic inventory reconciliation and establishing systematic measures to handle dead stock effectively.
- Partner & Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with internal departments as well as external outsource vendors, including third-party warehouses and logistics service providers, to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work Planning & Allocation
- Plan, monitor, and assign workloads across the team in accordance with seasonal demands and changing operational volume throughout the year.
- Process Improvement
- Review end-to-end workflows to eliminate redundant steps and implement suitable technology solutions that systematically enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Team Coaching & Development
- Evaluate, mentor, and build the capabilities of team members as a player-coach while actively executing alongside them on ground-level operational tasks.
- What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of direct working experience in logistics, warehousing, or end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Deep familiarity with integrating AI tools into daily workflows, with a strong understanding of how to collaborate effectively with AI to enhance operational speed, analysis, and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of core principles, methodologies, and standard practices across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Good English proficiency for day-to-day business correspondence, including writing clear professional emails and handling direct messaging effectively.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally to inspect or support warehouse facilities located around the Bangkok metropolitan area.
- Proven background in supervising, managing, or developing an operational team is a plus.
