<p>Company : Dplus Intertrade</p><p>Location : at HQ Rama 3Position : Technical LeadSalary Range : 60-100k</p><p>Job Description</p><p>Software Development (70%) | DevOps &amp; RD (30%) </p><p><strong>Full Stack Development</strong></p><p>● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across both front-end andback-end.</p><p>● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering bestpractices.</p><p>● Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.</p><p>● Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL,and MongoDB.</p><p>● Utilize AI development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and developmentefficiency.Quality &amp; Security</p><p>● Perform Unit Testing and participate in Code Reviews to ensure software quality.</p><p>● Develop applications with a Security by Design mindset, aligned with ISMS and PDPArequirements</p><p>.● Troubleshoot issues and continuously reduce technical debt.Architecture &amp; Mentoring</p><p>● Collaborate with the team to design scalable software architecture supporting Cloud andDevSecOps initiatives.</p><p>● Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.</p><p>● Mentor junior developers through coaching and knowledge sharing.DevOps &amp; Monitoring</p><p>● Support the Infrastructure team in implementing CI/CD pipelines.</p><p>● Assist with application monitoring and performance tracking.Research &amp; Development</p><p>● Explore emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) toimprove development workflows and engineering productivity.Documentation</p><p>● Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and developmentguidelines.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,or a related field.</p><p>● At least<strong> 5 year of Full Stack development or DevOps experience.</strong></p><p><strong>● Hands-on experience developing applications with Flutter.</strong></p><p>● Experience building or maintaining high-scale applications is a plus.</p><p>● Experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices</strong></p><p>● Experience<strong> designing AI prompts, AI workflows, or AI Agents</strong></p><p>● Experience with automation platforms such as n8n</p><p>● Knowledge of observability and application monitoring tools</p><p>● Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similarAI-assisted development tools will be an advantage</p><p></p><p><strong>Tech Stack / Tools</strong></p><p>● React.js or Next.js</p><p>● Node.js</p><p>● Flutter &amp; Dart</p><p>● PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB</p><p>● Microservices Architecture</p><p>● RESTful API Development</p><p>● SDLC, Unit Testing, and Code Review</p><p>● ISMS, PDPA, and Security by Design principles</p><p>● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Soft Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><p>● Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning</p><p>● Strong sense of ownership and accountability</p><p>● Quality-first mindset with attention to detail</p><p>● Coaching-oriented leadership and collaboration skills</p><p>● Excellent communication and teamwork</p><p>● Passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable software</p>
