Growth Marketing Executive

ByteGenie is an AI startup headquartered in Singapore and backed by Enterprise Singapore, a Singapore government agency. We’re building a novel symbolic AI platform that learns business logic from data and knowledge, enabling transparent, verifiable reasoning over complex business decisions. As our first marketing hire, you’ll work directly with the founders to launch and grow Discoveroo, our new product that turns business knowledge and rules into reasoning tools that AI agents can use. You’ll own day-to-day marketing execution: creating compelling content and product demos, coordinating launch campaigns, engaging relevant communities, and testing channels to attract early users. You’ll turn technical capabilities into clear, practical use cases that help people understand what Discoveroo can do for them. Your work will help us build our initial user base, learn which messages and channels drive adoption, and establish a repeatable approach to growing the product. This is a hands-on role with room to contribute ideas and see their impact directly.

Create clear, engaging content that explains Discoveroo through practical use cases, including articles, social posts, emails and short product demos. Plan and execute product launch activities across Product Hunt, LinkedIn and relevant AI and software communities. Find and engage potential users, recruit early testers, and gather feedback to improve our messaging and campaigns. Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate with the founders to deliver launch materials and campaigns on time. Improve landing-page copy and onboarding emails to help interested visitors become active users. Test acquisition channels and track which content and campaigns bring in relevant signups and engaged users. Help build our user community by responding to questions, encouraging discussion and sharing useful examples.
