Job Description
- Perform product testing and inspection according to product audit plans.
- Conduct special testing and validation activities for new product releases.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and measuring instruments.
- Perform daily machine setup, parameter verification, and equipment checks.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and 5S activities.
- Coordinate equipment calibration activities with the IMT team according to the calibration schedule.
- Conduct laboratory testing including viscosity, density, FT-IR, and cleanliness testing for gasoline-related products.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality and environmental management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
- Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
Education Background:
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic testing equipment & instruction.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Understanding basic drawing & test specification.
