- Job Description
- Machine repair / troubleshooting to support production 24/7.
- Cause analysis and countermeasure implementation at shopfloor.
- Perform preventive maintenance and TPM as plan. Preventive maintenance improvement.
- Trouble shotting machine with programming knowledge of PLCs (Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth).
- Support machine electrical safety release in manufacturing area.
- Daily report and breakdown analysis report. Creating WI & OJT for maintenance job.
- Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or related field
- Qualifications:
- Basic English level
- At least 2 years' experience in maintenance job of automotive industry
- Diploma at least 4 years' experience in electrical power field
- Engineer at least 2 years' experience in electrical power field
- Good Attitude
- Able to work under high pressure
- Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations
- Problem solving skill
- Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job
- Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM
- Teamwork and service mind
- Teamwork and coordination with other departments
- Basic computer skill
