We act as an internal agency, driving development for the full spectrum of Agoda consumer marketing collateral - brand campaigns, app and product launches, social content, performance creative, and experiential/event materials. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of motion design, visual storytelling, and generative AI. You will create compelling motion and video content for a mass consumer audience, while helping evolve how creative is produced, localized, and scaled globally. Combining strong design craft with traditional and AI-powered tools, you will develop concepts and create high-quality content that shapes how Agoda shows up across customers’ feeds, screens, and everyday moments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Agoda’s consumer brand voice while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through the combination of human creativity and AI. In this role you’ll get to: Creative Development & Storytelling - Own motion design and animation for assigned campaigns and launch moments, from concept and storyboarding through production and final delivery. - Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across Agoda marketing channels, formats, languages, and platforms — from short-form social and performance creative to hero brand films. - Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions that translate brand strategy, campaign objectives, and consumer insights into compelling consumer experiences. - Collaborate with brand, product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life. - Pitch and present creative concepts, ideas, and executions to managers and key stakeholders. AI-Driven Creative Innovation - Leverage AI-powered creative tools across concept development, storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, adaptation, and production to improve how content is created and scaled. - Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative quality, efficiency, personalization, and localization across markets and platforms. - Help evolve how content is produced and scaled through the combination of human creativity and AI. Creative Excellence & Operations - Deliver top-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring a high standard of craft and brand consistency across every touchpoint. - Stay current with design trends, social/platform developments, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies. What you’ll need to succeed: Creative & Motion Design Expertise - 5+ years of experience in Motion Design, Content Creation, Advertising or a related creative discipline, ideally in consumer/B2C brand or agency environments. - Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, social-first content and campaign development, with a strong understanding of how to capture attention and engage consumer audiences. - Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, motion principles, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling for a consumer audience. - Proven ability to translate creative briefs and campaign objectives into compelling, culturally relevant visual solutions. Creative Technology & AI - Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software. - Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, GPT Image, Claude code or similar tools. - Experience integrating AI throughout creative workflows, including concept development, storyboarding, content generation, asset adaptation, and production. Collaboration & Execution - Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints across digital and social platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and work effectively across teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. It’s great if you have: - Filming, photography, and sound recording experience. - Experience with 3D animation, compositing, CGI, or emerging content creation technologies. - Experience creating content for global audiences and adapting creative across different markets, languages, or cultural contexts.
