The Opportunity
Help build the teams powering Agoda’s global partner network
Agoda is a digital travel platform that helps people experience the world for less. Our Supply organization builds and strengthens Agoda’s global network of accommodation and travel partners, supporting areas such as partner operations, account management, business development, commercial strategy, and market growth.
As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Supply, you will manage recruitment for assigned roles and help attract the talent that enables Agoda to grow its partner network and deliver value to partners and travelers worldwide.
Please note: This position is open to Thai nationals only.
You will work closely with candidates, Hiring Managers, recruiters, coordinators, and People Team partners to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes—efficiently, fairly, and with care.
What You’ll Do
Manage assigned recruitment processes end to end, from intake through offer and pre-onboarding.
Partner with Supply Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide pipeline updates, and keep recruitment moving.
Deliver against agreed hiring targets, SLAs, timelines, and quality expectations.
Create a clear, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate.
Monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, candidate freshness, Time in Stage, and offer acceptance.
Use data to identify risks and recommend practical actions to improve hiring outcomes.
Identify and escalate challenges such as low pipeline quality, candidate drop-off, delayed feedback, or interviewer availability.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow Agoda’s hiring policies, scorecard standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Recruitment Operations, Coordination, Offers, Onboarding, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, HRBP, and other People Team partners.
Contribute to sourcing activities, recruitment events, referrals, team initiatives, and process improvements.
Actively seek feedback and build expertise in sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, stakeholder management, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics.
Required Qualifications

What you’ll need:
Experience or demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR, staffing, or a related field.
Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Comfort using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or recruitment systems.
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information.
Curiosity, resilience, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
It’s great if you have:
Experience managing requisitions or end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience hiring for commercial, account management, business development, partner management, or operations roles.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance, Interview 1 to Hire, Time in Stage, and Candidate Freshness.
Experience recruiting in technology, e-commerce, online travel, hospitality, or another fast-moving industry.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

The Opportunity: As a Lead/Sr Lead, Strategy & Operations (Supply), you will be instrumental in helping the business drive the implementation of global initiatives and innovations. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for safeguarding Agoda's market position, proactively countering competitive threats, and ensuring our offerings remain the top choice for travelers. You will collaborate across departments to develop and execute defense strategies, leveraging data, market intelligence, and innovative tactics to stay ahead in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry. You bring analytical acumen coupled with marketplace knowledge and a high level of operational savvy. You have a history of owning projects and are relentless in driving these through to completion. The role is based in Bangkok and reports to the Sr Manager – Strategy and Ops. In this Role, you'll get to: - Lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize business performance and strengthen the competitive position of the hotel supply organization. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability. - Drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and continuous improvement. - Develop, implement, and improve new operational tools to gather internal and external insights. - Transform insights gathered into actionable initiatives and improve existing partner programs to meet the needs of our partners. - Work with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to drive projects and goals to completion. What you'll Need to Succeed: - 5-10 years of experience in operations, strategy, or project management required; experience leading cross-functional initiatives is a plus. - Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English. - Proven track record in project delivery and management. - Comfortable utilizing AI to improve work efficiency, quality, and output. - Experience in Internet, e-commerce, technology, or travel industry is a plus. - Experience in Management Consulting is a plus. - Bachelor's or equivalent degree required; MBA is a plus. - Team player with great collaboration skills. - Energetic and driven with a professional get-it-done attitude. - Creative and innovative; adapts well to and is energized by change.
