Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Chinese corporate clients within UOB (Thai)'s Commercial Banking division, fostering strong relationships, and providing comprehensive financial solutions to meet their business needs and facilitate cross-border transactions between Thailand and China.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on Chinese-owned enterprises and businesses with significant operations or interests in China.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting and acquiring new clients for the China Desk.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to structure appropriate lending facilities and financial solutions for clients.
- Provide expert advice on cross-border trade finance, foreign exchange, cash management, and other relevant banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit risk, and legal teams, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within commercial banking, with a proven track record of managing corporate clients.
- Proficiency in English, Thai, Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of the Chinese business environment, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Define and drive the overall Debit Card business strategy, product roadmap, and portfolio growth plan to achieve business objectives and strengthen market competitiveness.

2. Business Growth & Performance Management
Drive portfolio growth across acquisition, activation, card usage, retention, and customer engagement to achieve key business targets.
Develop and execute initiatives to increase transaction volume, spending, fee income, and overall profitability of the debit card business.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), portfolio performance, and P&L to ensure sustainable business growth.
3. Customer Experience & Digital Transformation
Design and enhance end-to-end customer journeys to deliver superior customer experience through simplified, seamless, and digital-first solutions.
Collaborate with digital, mobile banking, and customer experience teams to introduce innovative card features and payment capabilities.
Drive card usage through customer engagement programs, campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Product Delivery
Work closely with Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Agile delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
Prioritize product enhancements, define business requirements, and support end-to-end implementation from concept through launch and post-launch monitoring.
Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
5. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), payment partners, and external vendors to maximize business opportunities, incentives, and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with branch, sales, affluent, and other distribution channels to drive product penetration and customer acquisition.
Engage senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
6. Risk, Governance & Compliance
Ensure all debit card products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and card scheme regulations.
Partner with Risk, Fraud Management, and Security teams to strengthen controls, mitigate fraud risks, and enhance payment security capabilities including tokenization and contactless payment solutions.
Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and business readiness.

Job Description
• Proper and adequate follow up on credit quality of portfolio to minimize NPL.
• Maintain relationships for more business opportunities to increase account profitability.
• Monitor customer progression/ account conducts and coordinate with Litigation Department for appropriate action if necessary
• Monitor quality of portfolio of customers in watch lists to prevent the accounts turning to NPL
• Monitor and handle the overdue customer aging 15-30 days in order to negotiate for payment and/or rescheduling or restructuring
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare proposal to seek approval for restructuring/ rescheduling scheme
• Analyse, verify, assess credit and propose strategies and recommendations including identifying risk mitigation solution in order to minimize the non-performing loans at the bank
• Negotiate with the customers on restructuring and formulate an appropriate scheme to minimize the non-performing loans at the bank
• Engage, along with legal advisors, in the process of restructuring to ensure compliance with all regulations and legal aspects
Requirement :
• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) and related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years experiences in credit loan and restructuring field
• Having basic legal knowledge, particularly related in debt restructuring, is a plus
• Having experience in Financial Advisory is a plus
• Good command in English: Writing and Speaking
• Computer literate in MS office

Compliance/ Risk control
- To manage and exercise strict controls over the operations and processing to fully comply with local law, Bank of Thailand Regulations, Money Laundering Control
- Act and compliance policy aiming to prevent any operational and reputation risk.
- Ensure the Group Operational Risk Management, AML/CFT Policy are fully comply, BOT reports are completed and delivered within timeline.
Operations Management
- Monitoring and improve service delivery and productivity ensuring they meet the set target. Reviewing workflow/procedures to streamline the processing to ensure efficient and well controlled operations are provided at all times.
- Manage and utilize resources (staff vs volume) are operating at optimal level.
- Provide coaching to Corporate Account Services & Cheque collection staff on service-related issue. Attending to and resolving operational and customer issues to most satisfaction.
Related Parties/service management
- Provide information, consultation and training to business units, related/downstream unit about cheque collection / set up service and operational issues. Co-ordinate with business units to cultivate good relationships with related parties.
Human Resource Management
- Plan and monitor staffs development program to increase staff’s knowledge and moral. Ensuring they receive the relevant training to enable them to perform their jobs effectively
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in Back Office Banking Operations (Cash Management Operations)
- Good command in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)

Job Description
- Manage NPL portfolio through all-rounded recovery duties for resolving NPL
- Negotiate with the delinquent customers on debt restructuring and formulate an appropriate debt scheme to minimize the non-performing loans at the bank as well as to maximize recovery to the bank

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration and related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Credit Loan and Debt Restructuring fields
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of credit industry and basic legal knowledge, particularly related in debt restructuring
- Good credit judgement and strong negotiation, communication and people skills
- Able to handle multi-task and manage time effectively, accurately and attentively to detail
- Good collaboration and teamwork and high dedication
- Good command in English: Writing and Speaking
- Computer literate in MS office

Job Description
An intermediate-level position responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, compliance, and risk control of investment services within Retail Banking. The manager will manage daily Unit Trust operations, including reviewing and approving instructions to counterparties, ensuring transaction accuracy, overseeing reconciliation and record-keeping, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize workflows and support business growth. In addition, the manager may participate in process enhancement initiatives, system improvements, and cross-functional projects to elevate operational standards. The manager is also expected to provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Verify and approve order aggregation, allotment, and settlement processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validate daily investment static data, oversee fund transfers, and monitor payment processing for customer bank accounts.
- Monitor corporate actions such as dividend events and maturities ensuring accurate settlement and timely execution.
- Perform daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliations, investigate transaction discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams and external counterparties to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency.
- Lead and support system UAT for wealth-related products, identify operational gaps, and drive process enhancements.
- Oversee third-party service providers for document printing, statements, and customer communication materials.
Qualification:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, Banking, Accounting, Financial Services, or a related field.
- Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas) and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare professional documentation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.

- Perform reconciliation of transactions and balances between RIMS and Vestima (Clearstream).
- Perform reconciliation of GL entries related to UT operations.
- Perform reconciliation of fees and VAT processing in line with procedure and timelines.
- Process customer payment transactions, including redemption payment and dividend reinvestment.
- Maintain UT account statuses in accordance with operational requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, external teams and Clearstream, regarding operational issues and service matters.
- Manage printing vendors for the production and delivery of confirmation notes, monthly statements, and WHT certificates.
- Support UAT for wealth-related products and system enhancements
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
