สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**
บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth Banking (WB) ของธนาคาร UOB (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม และบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของธนาคาร
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:**
* บริหารและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับฐานลูกค้า WB ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาดและสร้างรายได้ให้กับธนาคาร
* ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ประกันภัย, และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ
* ให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับตลาดและการลงทุนแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจทางการเงิน
* ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของพอร์ตลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มผลตอบแทนและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
* สร้างและรักษาเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานและส่งมอบบริการที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูกค้า
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของธนาคาร และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
* บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพการบริการที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติ:**
* สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์ตรงในการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth Banking หรือ Private Banking อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น กองทุนรวม, ตราสารหนี้, ประกันภัย, และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ เป็นอย่างดี
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต (Life Insurance Broker License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, การนำเสนอ, และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีใจรักบริการและมุ่งเน้นความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
