-ให้คำปรึกษาและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าธุรกิจและลูกค้ารายย่อย เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านยอดขายที่กำหนด
-รับผิดชอบการขายและให้บริการผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคารและบริษัทในเครือ รวมถึงสินเชื่อ เงินฝาก และผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการเงินอื่น ๆ
-รวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติลูกค้า และดำเนินการด้านเอกสารและระบบเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณาสินเชื่อ
-วางแผนการขาย ขยายฐานลูกค้า และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสินเชื่อ และปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อสะท้อนค่านิยมของ SCB อย่างเหมาะสม.
-สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการเงิน การบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ การบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางธุรกิจรอบด้าน ในผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่ม SME, SSME และผลิตภัณฑ์ธนาคารสำหรับลูกค้ารายย่อย (Retail Products)
-มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์และความน่าเชื่อถือกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
-มีความกระตือรือร้น (Proactive) และมีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
-มีความขยัน อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี พร้อมรับมือกับเป้าหมายและความท้าทายทางธุรกิจ
-มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถประเมินข้อมูลทางธุรกิจและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
