Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Discovery and Analysis:Work closely with logistics teams across ASEAN regions (such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.) to map out the entire process of cross-border first-mile, overseas warehouse fulfillment, local last-mile, and reverse returns, identifying key pain points and translating them into standardized system requirements (BRD/PRD).
- Cross-border Business Process Design: Design and optimize business workflows and system logic for cross-border logistics fulfillment and local last-mile delivery tailored to Southeast Asian localized scenarios, including multi-carrier integration, waybill management, logistics billing, claims, and reverse returns.
- Collaboration and Execution:Coordinate with the headquarters R&D team, local Southeast Asian business teams, and third-party partners (such as local 3PL logistics providers, payment gateways, customs clearance systems) to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of logistics requirements.
- Data Analysis and Business Insights: Monitor key logistics metrics such as waybill fulfillment rate, last-mile delivery success rate, return rate, and logistics costs; provide business decision support and product iteration recommendations through data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3‑5 years or more of experience in requirement analysis (BA) or product management (PM) within internet, cross-border e-commerce, retail, or smart logistics industries.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiar with WMS, TMS, and the complete business processes of cross-border customs clearance, first-mile transportation, local last-mile delivery, and reverse returns.
- Language and Cross-cultural Communication: Proficient in English as a working language (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills); fluency in Chinese preferred; knowledge of Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Comprehensive Skills: Strong logical thinking, documentation skills (Axure/Visio/Figma/Jira), and stress resilience; able to work across time zones and travel to ASEAN countries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience living locally or on-site business trips for logistics projects in major ASEAN countries (such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian local logistics ecosystems (such as integration standards for J&T, Flash Express, Ninja Van, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL/Python, with capabilities in logistics metric modeling and cost analysis.
