1.Operations
To perform daily opening & closing procedure
To assist staff in cleaning and clearing up all work areas at all time
To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level
To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa
To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order (AIWO)
To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to the Spa Manager and/ Supervisor immediately
Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situation
2.Administration
To update the Maintenance Log Book
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines
To respond to the change as indicated by the company
3.Policy & Procedure
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times
To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas

As our first marketing hire, you’ll work directly with the founders to launch and grow Discoveroo, our new product that turns business knowledge and rules into reasoning tools that AI agents can use.
You’ll own day-to-day marketing execution: creating compelling content and product demos, coordinating launch campaigns, engaging relevant communities, and testing channels to attract early users. You’ll turn technical capabilities into clear, practical use cases that help people understand what Discoveroo can do for them.
Your work will help us build our initial user base, learn which messages and channels drive adoption, and establish a repeatable approach to growing the product. This is a hands-on role with room to contribute ideas and see their impact directly.
