- Carry out appropriate assessment techniques to evaluate the guests’ physical condition and their needs by having a initial consultation and assessment with the guest.
- Plan and develop bespoke treatment plans for the guests that address the customized needs by considering their overall health, age, fitness level and any m medical condition.
- Apply a range of physical techniques (manual and with equipment) according to the assessment results. Integrate a variety of treatments which a suitable for the guests including tailored exercises and other therapies that the Wellness center offers.
- Coordinate with other Wellness specialists and Wellness advisor a holistic treatment plan for the guest during their stay. If necessary, include the medical doctor for some clarification or contraindication for treatments.
- Set up the treatment rooms, have it at all times clean and tidy and assure all safety requirements are followed.
