- จัดทำรายงานประจำวันเกี่ยวกับยอดขาย การดำเนินงานของร้าน ปัญหาที่พบ และผลลัพธ์จากการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
- ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานใหม่
- วิเคราะห์คู่แข่งโดยการสังเกตและประเมินร้านค้าของคู่แข่ง
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบและวันหมดอายุให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- จัดการและควบคุมสต็อกสินค้า เพื่อให้มีปริมาณเพียงพอสำหรับการขาย
- ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตสต็อกสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
