- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Solution Support to own the end-to-end success of brand partners—from onboarding and campaign execution to monthly reporting and account growth. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal BD teams to optimize brand media investments into measurable GMV growth.
- What you’ll Do:
- Client Onboarding & Account Management: Lead onboarding for new brand partners, align on strategic objectives, and act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for operational needs.
- Campaign Operations & Execution: Coordinate SKU availability, finalize campaign creative assets, and manage media inventory placement with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyze full-funnel performance (media spend, coupons, GMV, and category trends). Deliver monthly deep-dive reports and present actionable insights to brand partners.
- Account Growth & Optimization: Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell opportunities for high-performing brands. Design media test campaigns for emerging accounts to demonstrate ROI.
- What you’ll Need:
- 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail Media, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills, comfortable delivering data-backed recommendations to brand decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn media and sales metrics (GMV, ROAS) into strategic insights.
- Highly organized with strong multi-stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation slides.
- Fluent in Thai with professional English proficiency.
- It’d be great if you have:
- Background in Quick Commerce, FMCG, or Modern Trade.
- Familiarity with retail media mechanics and experience optimizing reporting processes or SOPs.
