- What You’ll Do
- Business Development: Identify growth and partnership opportunities and support commercial initiatives.
- Project Execution: Support fintech initiatives from planning to launch.
- Operations: Manage onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and data validation.
- Commercial & Portfolio Management: Support pricing, promotions, targeting, and portfolio performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and improve operational efficiency.
- Product Collaboration: Translate business and operational needs into product improvements.
- Performance Management: Track key metrics and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to drive execution.
- What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 1–3 years in fintech, banking, strategy, business development, operations, consulting, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data and business metrics.
- Execution: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ownership: Proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data & Tools: Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
- AI-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis.
- Preferred Qualification: Experience in lending, financial operations, reconciliation, or platform businesses.
