- We are seeking a dedicated and highly analytical Student Success Officer to act as a personal academic strategist for our students. In this role, you will be the bridge between ambitious goals and real-world acceptance letters. You will design personalized TCAS preparation pathways, review critical portfolios, and manage the expectations of premium families. - What You'll Drive
- Strategic Academic Consulting: Conduct 1-on-1 strategic sessions to analyze student performance and build hyper-personalized TCAS study plans aligned with target universities and agreed upon by parents.
- Progress Tracking & Feedback: Deliver personalized academic progress reports and constructive feedback every 2 weeks to ensure students stay on track.
- Portfolio Strategy & Auditing: Analyze and provide deep-dive feedback on portfolios for all TCAS channels, ensuring the content, structure, and student identity are compellingly communicated.
- Extracurricular Mapping: Guide students strategically on selecting the right activities, competitions, research papers, camps, and projects that will maximize their portfolio's impact.
- Course Navigation: Recommend ideal academic courses and pathways, always putting the learner’s best interest first.
- TCAS Intelligence: Monitor key TCAS timelines, admission criteria updates, and policy shifts to keep students and internal teams ahead of the curve.
- Relationship & Expectation Management: Act as the trusted point of contact for families, managing inquiries and guiding parents through high-stakes decision moments.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the right tools and educational resources are deployed for student growth.
- What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in educational counseling, academic path planning, score optimization, or portfolio building.
- Deep, systemic understanding of the TCAS university admission framework, including specific faculty requirements across various rounds.
- Exceptional 1-on-1 communication skills in Thai, with the ability to handle sensitive student data professionally and with high empathy.
- A TOEIC score of 700+ is required.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain composure and perform well under high-pressure timelines.
- A growth mindset with an appetite for staying up-to-date with fast-changing educational trends.
