- What you’ll drive:
- Optimize the sales journey using A/B testing, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
- Co-develop and manage the company’s business website (E-commerce & Info site), including project scoping, planning, UX/UI development, and technical operations.
- Establish and execute a content strategy to engage target audiences, build brand reputation, and support lead generation.
- Build and oversee a data-driven digital roadmap to enhance customer experience and align with business goals across platforms (corporate website, social media, digital channels).
- Develop and manage SEO strategies (on-site & off-site) to position the company as an industry leader, driving organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Support online marketing campaigns across web platforms (landing pages, microsites, tracking).
- Manage and operate marketing tools and platforms (CDP, CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Handle additional assignments as required.
- What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, content management, or marketing campaign management (preferably in education or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital platform management.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on with strong time management.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Note: The Company may use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis at certain stages of the recruitment process. The Human Resources team oversees the entire process and retains final decision-making authority to ensure an accurate and comprehensive assessment.
