Location : at HQ Rama 3Position : Technical LeadSalary Range : 60-100k Job Description Software Development (70%) | DevOps & RD (30%) Full Stack Development ● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across both front-end andback-end. ● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering bestpractices. ● Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations. ● Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL,and MongoDB. ● Utilize AI development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and developmentefficiency.Quality & Security ● Perform Unit Testing and participate in Code Reviews to ensure software quality. ● Develop applications with a Security by Design mindset, aligned with ISMS and PDPArequirements .● Troubleshoot issues and continuously reduce technical debt.Architecture & Mentoring ● Collaborate with the team to design scalable software architecture supporting Cloud andDevSecOps initiatives. ● Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards. ● Mentor junior developers through coaching and knowledge sharing.DevOps & Monitoring ● Support the Infrastructure team in implementing CI/CD pipelines. ● Assist with application monitoring and performance tracking.Research & Development ● Explore emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) toimprove development workflows and engineering productivity.Documentation ● Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and developmentguidelines.
