AI Business Development (AI Engineer)

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li><p>The AI Business Development &amp; Engineer plays a key role in driving AI adoption in theorganization. This position is responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzingchallenges and requirements from various departments, designing AI solutions, anddeveloping, testing, and deploying AI systems into production. The objective is to improveoperational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company's business growth through AItechnologies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Description </strong></p><ul><li><p>AI Business Development</p></li></ul><p>• Analyze business processes across departments to identify AI use cases that cangenerate business value or improve operational efficiency.</p><p>• Gather and analyze business requirements and pain points from internal users andstakeholders.</p><p>• Present AI adoption strategies and solution proposals to management and relevantdepartments.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate the performance and business impact of AI projects afterimplementation.AI Solution Design &amp; Engineering</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and define AI solutions that align withbusiness objectives.</p><p>• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and technologies fororganizational needs.</p><p>• Support the development of Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects.</p><p>• Develop and integrate APIs between AI platforms and internal systems.</p><p>• Build Generative AI applications, AI chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automationsolutions.</p><p>• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enable AI systems toeffectively utilize internal organizational knowledge.</p><p>• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in production environments.</p><p>• Continuously improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems.</p><p>• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities forimplementation within the organization.Cross-functional Collaboration• Work closely with Business, Operations, IT, Programmer and Management teams todrive AI initiatives and projects.</p><p>• Promote AI adoption and share knowledge across the organization through training,workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p></p><p>• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.</p><p></p><p><strong>• 1–5 years of experience in AI Development, AI Engineering, Software Development,</strong>Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Business Development, or related areas.</p><p></p><p>• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p></p><p>• Fundamental knowledge of <strong>Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NaturalLanguage Processing (NLP), and AI applications.</strong>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with both business and technical teams.</p><p></p><p>• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.</p><p></p><p><strong>• Experience or knowledge of AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude,or similar technologies.</strong>• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, andKnowledge Management concepts.</p>
