What will you do?
In this position, you will join our Administration team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. You shall have these essential skills and key experiences for your to be successful in this role:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and related administration.
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate agendas, and track follow-up actions.
- Support communications and correspondence management on behalf of stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate business priorities.
- Provide administrative support for reports, presentations, documentation, and events.
- Act as a flexible resource to support changing business and stakeholder needs.
- The level of support can be adjusted based on workload, priorities, and stakeholder requirements.

What can you bring to the team?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive, administrative, or business support to senior leaders, directors, or executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal English and Thai communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
