Scope of duties
• Identify, validate, and establish contact with potential customers and projects
• Actively manage, develop, and expand existing customer base
• Establish profitable, sustainable, and diversified revenue streams
• Deliver against personal revenue plans
• Define customer- or project-specific value propositions and includeall relevant departments in the process
• Prepare and deliver convincing presentations that highlight thebenefits of PERI solutions
• Act as the official PERI representative to the customer and be thefirst point of communication for the customer
• Advise on and consequently sell the right solution or product tocustomers
• Cooperate closely and communicate effectively with otherdepartments and functions
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts
• Conduct regular customer and jobsite visits and relay feedback torelevant departments
• Maintain comprehensive records of existing and potential customersas well as influencing parties using PERI CRM solutions
• Monitor closely relevant developments at direct and indirectcompetitors and proactively communicate findings to Marketing andManagement
• Follow all PERI guidelines and processes (i.e. signature guidelines,credit etc.)
Skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering orany related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the construction equipmentsupply industry in Thailand, preferably in Formwork and/orScaffolding
• Very good knowledge MS Office
• Very strong interpersonal skills and technical proficiency
• Very strong negotiation skills and ambition to create value
• Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate complex issuesclearly and comprehendible
• Very good organizational skills and structured work approach
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse culturalbackgrounds• Ambitious, goal-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable person

JavaScript, TypeScript, Express, Angular, Nestjs, Nodejs and PostgreSQL.
Able to work on site.
- Has knowledge or relevant work experience in Mobile Development, working with UX/UI designer and product team.
- Experience in create and manage automated testing suites including unit tests, integration tests (using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot framework, Postman)
- At least 2-3 years experience in Software Developement/Swift, UIKit, Xcode.
- Have background on Agile way.

🛠️ Required Tech Stack
- Front-end: Next.js (Mandatory, focusing on performance and SSR)

💻 1. Front-end Development & Data Visualization
Develop and maintain high-performance Front-end website architecture using Next.js.

Collaborate with the Data Science team to effectively display and allow interaction with AI/ML Model results and insights.
⚙️ 2. Back-end, AI Integration, and Data Management
Develop and maintain High-performance Back-end web applications using NestJS or Golang built for scale.
Design, develop, and document high-efficiency APIs to handle large data loads and facilitate seamless integration with AI/Data Science Models.
Set up and manage databases, leveraging expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies for optimal data storage and retrieval.
📈 3. Code Quality, Scalability, and Process
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code using TypeScript/JavaScript, adhering to high engineering standards.
Perform thorough testing and oversee the deployment process for reliable, production-ready systems.
Own projects from conception through to the finished product, with a strong focus on Scalability, Performance, and long-term maintainability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to web application development and AI/ML integration.
☁️ 4. Highly Considered Skills (DevOps & Cloud)
(Plus) Foundational understanding or practical experience with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).
(Plus) Basic experience utilizing Cloud Services (AWS or Azure) related to computing, networking, or managed database services, demonstrating readiness to scale applications.
👤 Qualifications and Experience
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, preferably utilizing the required JavaScript/TypeScript stack.
