This is a hands-on QA role covering Android-based set-top box applications and the backend services behind them. If you have tested applications on Android devices, worked through logs and network captures to find root cause, and can build a test plan from scratch, you will recognise the work here.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end quality assurance for IPTV/OTT software products, including set-top box applications and backend services
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Perform functional, API, performance, compatibility, frontend, and backend testing
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
- Design and execute API testing using mainstream testing tools
