เจ้าหน้าที่ Personal Wealth Banker (เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคล) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง โดยการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่ครอบคลุม เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงิน
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:**
* บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง
* ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง
* นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ประกันภัย, และการลงทุนอื่นๆ
* ให้คำแนะนำด้านการลงทุนและวางแผนทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้า
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าในระยะยาว
* ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าและให้คำแนะนำในการปรับเปลี่ยนตามความเหมาะสม
* ดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* ร่วมมือกับทีมงานภายในเพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่ครอบคลุมแก่ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ:**
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในธุรกิจธนาคารพาณิชย์ หรือธุรกิจบริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคล
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์และบริหารจัดการลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
* มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และประเมินสถานการณ์ตลาด
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
