สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**
ให้บริการและคำแนะนำด้านการวางแผนทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าบุคคลที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง (High Net Worth Individuals) โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้าและของธนาคาร
ความรับผิดชอบ:**
* บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาฐานลูกค้าบุคคลที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง (High Net Worth Individuals)
* นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น การลงทุน ประกันภัย สินเชื่อ และบริการวางแผนการเงินอื่นๆ
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินและสถานการณ์การลงทุนของลูกค้า เพื่อให้คำแนะนำและโซลูชั่นที่ปรับให้เข้ากับแต่ละบุคคล
* ติดตามและทบทวนพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจและความภักดีต่อธนาคาร
* ทำความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* ร่วมมือกับทีมงานภายในธนาคาร เช่น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการลงทุน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศแก่ลูกค้า
* บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติ:**
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management หรือ Personal Banking
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เช่น กองทุนรวม ตราสารหนี้ ตราสารทุน ประกันชีวิต และผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพวางแผนการเงิน (CFP) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
* มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
* มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีใจรักบริการ
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
* มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและยึดมั่นในจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ
* สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี (Microsoft Office)
