หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) 1. การปิดบัญชีและการจัดทำงบการเงิน (Financial Closing & Consolidation) - ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี ให้มีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และทันตามกำหนดเวลา - จัดทำงบการเงินรวม (Consolidated Financial Statements) สำหรับบริษัทย่อย และบริษัทร่วม - ทำและยื่นภาษีต่างๆ เช่น ภ.พ.30, ภ.พ.36, ภ.ง.ด.54, ภ.ง.ด.50, ภ.ง.ด.51 - ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีที่เข้าตรวจทุกไตรมาสเพื่อให้งบการเงินรายไตรมาสและรายปี 2. การบริหารการเงิน เงินโอนต่างประเทศ และ BOI (Treasury, Foreign Remittance & BOI) - ดีลและประสานงานกับธนาคารในการบริหารสภาพคล่อง จัดการธุรกรรมโอนเงินระหว่างประเทศ (Foreign Remittance) รองรับการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบต่างประเทศ และทุกธุรกรรมที่ต้องติดต่อธนาคาร เช่น L/G, Forward contract - บริหารจัดการและวางแผนภาษีเกี่ยวกับการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีจาก BOI ให้ถูกต้องและคุ้มค่าสูงสุด - บริหารจัดการระบบจ่ายเงินเดือน (Payroll) ของพนักงานในองค์กรอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย และงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Payroll เช่น กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ, ภ.ง.ด. 1, ประกันสังคม 3. การนำเสนอผู้บริหาร (Executive Reporting) - จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูงและบอร์ดบริหาร (ชาวต่างชาติ) - เข้าร่วมประชุมบอร์ดบริหาร (Board Meeting) นำเสนอสไลด์ และตอบข้อซักถามด้านการเงินและบัญชี คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Job Qualifications) - อายุ: 40 ปีขึ้นไป - ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีโรงงาน/การผลิต 10 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี - การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี (หากมีใบอนุญาต CPD/CPA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับดี (Good Command of English) สามารถสื่อสาร นำเสนอ (Presentation) และประชุมร่วมกับบอร์ดบริหารชาวต่างชาติได้ราบรื่น ความชำนาญเฉพาะทาง: - มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับการทำงบคอนโซล (Consolidation) บัญชีโรงงาน และสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI - มีประสบการณ์ดูแลธุรกรรมเงินโอนต่างประเทศและการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ (Import / FX Transactions) - มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม ERP (เช่น Microsoft Dynamic AX หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง) เป็นอย่างดี
