- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Create innovative and visually appealing signature cocktails that complement the hotel or outlet concept.
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and enhance the overall bar experience through personalized service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, mixers, garnishes, and beverage ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in developing and updating cocktail menus, seasonal beverages, and beverage promotions.
- Prepare homemade syrups, infusions, garnishes, and other cocktail ingredients as required.
- Maintain proper mise en place and ensure the bar is fully prepared before each service period.
- Monitor beverage stock levels and assist with inventory control to minimize wastage and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and working areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support special events, private functions, and beverage-related activities when required.
- Share cocktail and beverage knowledge with bartenders and other team members to support consistent service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager, Outlet Manager, or management.
