The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet hotel standards. The role oversees team members, conducts room inspections, coordinates with other departments, monitors supplies and equipment, and ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards to provide an excellent guest experience.
