Director of Revenue Management

Job Location: Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a global luxury hotel and resort brand rooted in Thai culture, with an intrinsic sense of authentic hospitality. Inspired by the Sanskrit word meaning ‘without end’, our spirit embodies freedom, movement, and harmony. We believe every journey should leave a lasting impression — for our guests and for our people. Founded in 2001 in Thailand, we have since expanded across the world, welcoming guests in some of the world’s most captivating locales — from pristine beaches and private islands to ancient sites and vibrant metropolises. If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits. The Director of Revenue leads the hotel’s revenue management strategy, maximising total revenue and profitability across rooms, F&B and other outlets to five-star standards. Key responsibilities include developing and carrying out pricing, inventory and distribution strategies; preparing accurate forecasts, budgets and business plans; and analysing market trends, competitor performance, booking pace and channel mix to identify growth opportunities. The Director of Revenue manages rate structures and availability across all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS and direct booking platforms, oversees revenue management systems, and evaluates group and contract business for optimal displacement. The role requires close collaboration with the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and Finance teams, leading revenue strategy meetings, delivering regular performance reports and insights to ownership and corporate office, and coaching team members to build a strong revenue-focused culture.
