- Key Responsibilities
- Vessel Operations
- Operate and navigate boats safely in accordance with local maritime regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections of the vessel before departure.
- Monitor weather and sea conditions to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain navigation logs and operational records.
- Ensure adequate fuel, equipment, and supplies are available onboard.
- Guest Safety & Service
- Welcome and assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
- Conduct safety briefings before each voyage.
- Monitor guest safety throughout the trip.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and rescue situations when required.
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain professional service standards.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and hotel safety policies.
- Perform emergency drills and safety inspections.
- Maintain lifesaving and firefighting equipment.
- Report incidents and accidents promptly.
- Vessel Maintenance
- Coordinate routine vessel cleaning and maintenance.
- Report mechanical issues to engineering or maintenance teams.
- Ensure vessel appearance meets company standards.
- Qualifications
- Valid Boat Captain / Skipper License issued by relevant maritime authority.
- Basic Safety Training Certificate.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Strong knowledge of navigation and marine safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Previous experience operating passenger boats preferred.
