Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with Minor Hotels standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and professional guest service. The role maintains an organized and fully stocked bar, processes orders and billing efficiently, controls beverage inventory, and ensures cleanliness and safety within the bar area.Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bartender or in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages, and basic bar operations.
Able to prepare beverages according to standard recipes and measurements.
Service-minded with good communication and guest interaction skills.
Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and beverage presentation.
Basic knowledge of POS, billing, stock control, and beverage handling.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

You’ll own day-to-day marketing execution: creating compelling content and product demos, coordinating launch campaigns, engaging relevant communities, and testing channels to attract early users. You’ll turn technical capabilities into clear, practical use cases that help people understand what Discoveroo can do for them.
Your work will help us build our initial user base, learn which messages and channels drive adoption, and establish a repeatable approach to growing the product. This is a hands-on role with room to contribute ideas and see their impact directly.
