As a Senior Maintenance and Engineering professional within our Corp Function Operations team, you will take ownership of technical maintenance and engineering solutions across our facilities and project sites. You will conduct on-site root-cause analyses for reported issues, coordinate directly with external contractors, and supervise renovation and construction milestones to ensure the highest safety and engineering standards. Collaborating closely with internal users and the procurement department, you will define technical specifications, evaluate project tenders, and ensure accurate project documentation from inception to handover.

What You’ll Drive
Analyze root causes and determine effective engineering solutions for assigned maintenance requests, conducting thorough on-site inspections to verify actual facility conditions.
Coordinate with technicians and external contractors to execute on-site corrective works, inspecting ongoing construction and renovation milestones to ensure full compliance with established standards.
Prepare comprehensive tender documentation for upcoming projects, including terms of reference (TOR), central bill of quantities (BOQ), construction contracts, and tender drawings.
Track end-to-end project progress against schedules and compile necessary approval documentation, including project handover certificates and official internal memos.
Provide expert technical guidance to procurement teams and facility users regarding engineering specifications, helping evaluate suitable engineering solutions and assisting in contractor selection.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, site supervision, or maintenance work related to construction and renovation projects.
Specialized technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications for project design and documentation.
Willingness and ability to travel for site operations at upcountry branches approximately 4 to 5 times per year.
Holding a valid professional engineering license (Associate Engineer / Kor Wor) is a plus.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills for technical discussions is a plus.
Ability to read and write basic English emails and understand technical terminology is a plus.
Familiarity with integrating AI tools into daily engineering workflows, with a strong understanding of how to collaborate effectively with AI to streamline technical documentation, root-cause analysis, and project management.
