- What You’ll Drive
- Partnership Development
- Build and expand an active pipeline of academic partners, securing collaborative agreements with universities and schools through official memoranda of understanding or actionable projects.
- Academic Engagement
- Coordinate and drive joint educational research initiatives in collaboration with universities and external academic institutions to advance learning development.
- Project Management
- Manage assigned strategic projects from end to end, collaborating closely with relevant internal teams to ensure all milestones are delivered successfully.
- Internal Innovation
- Initiate and deliver practical internal innovation projects, such as employee AI literacy and competency assessment frameworks, to support organizational capability building.
- What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an officer or coordinator within an educational institution or education company.
- Fluent English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, or a proven TOEIC score above 700.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to write formal Thai letters, draft official documents, and interact effectively with senior leaders, clients, and partners.
- Solid project management skills with proven ability to plan, coordinate, monitor progress, and deliver projects on schedule from start to finish.
- Proven experience in developing partnership pipelines or establishing official memoranda of understanding with universities and schools is a plus.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in AI literacy and competency assessments or educational research coordination is highly preferred.
