- Responsibilities
- Responsible for factory issues and effectively coordinate with suppliers for countermeasure report (Corrective action and Preventive action), replacement parts and cost reimbursement.
- Monitor problem improvement from supplier and control process changes as requirement with supplier and cooperate with customer for manage quality of part and initial shipment of changing.
- Support quality requirement to customer and manage supplier for quality document concerned such as Special Characteristics and any compliance control.
- Make action plan for continuous improvement as well as supplier control, supplier audit and supplier evaluation.
- Support data and summary report to supervisor.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in quality field in automotive industry is required.
- Good knowledge in motorcycle parts, manufacturing, Quality System, QC Tools for analysis.
- Good command in English.
- Basic Computer by MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point / Data & Analysis by Excel (Pivot), BI, Dashboard / Digital Communication Collaboration by MS Teams
- Outward mindset, Challenges to learn and grow, Negotiation and a creative, Self-initiate and able to work under pressure.
- Good team collaboration, adaptability skill and able to travel for overseas trip.
