Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Discovery and Analysis:Work closely with logistics teams across ASEAN regions (such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.) to map out the entire process of cross-border first-mile, overseas warehouse fulfillment, local last-mile, and reverse returns, identifying key pain points and translating them into standardized system requirements (BRD/PRD).
- Cross-border Business Process Design: Design and optimize business workflows and system logic for cross-border logistics fulfillment and local last-mile delivery tailored to Southeast Asian localized scenarios, including multi-carrier integration, waybill management, logistics billing, claims, and reverse returns.
- Collaboration and Execution:Coordinate with the headquarters R&D team, local Southeast Asian business teams, and third-party partners (such as local 3PL logistics providers, payment gateways, customs clearance systems) to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of logistics requirements.
- Data Analysis and Business Insights: Monitor key logistics metrics such as waybill fulfillment rate, last-mile delivery success rate, return rate, and logistics costs; provide business decision support and product iteration recommendations through data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3‑5 years or more of experience in requirement analysis (BA) or product management (PM) within internet, cross-border e-commerce, retail, or smart logistics industries.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiar with WMS, TMS, and the complete business processes of cross-border customs clearance, first-mile transportation, local last-mile delivery, and reverse returns.
- Language and Cross-cultural Communication: Proficient in English as a working language (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills); fluency in Chinese preferred; knowledge of Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Comprehensive Skills: Strong logical thinking, documentation skills (Axure/Visio/Figma/Jira), and stress resilience; able to work across time zones and travel to ASEAN countries.

- Business Training and Enablement System Development: Responsible for empowering AI capabilities across multinational teams in Southeast Asia, developing AI tool usage standards and training courses tailored to different departments, designing best practice guides for Prompts, and improving AI tool adoption and productivity within localized teams.
- AI Project Implementation and Collaborative Advancement: Coordinate with headquarters AI/algorithm teams, business analysts (BA), and local Southeast Asian business units to lead AI pilot projects (POC), validate results, and roll out full-scale deployment in the ASEAN region; monitor and enhance daily engagement and business outcomes of AI tools.
- Data Feedback and Product Iteration Recommendations: Establish AI promotion effectiveness metrics (such as AI efficiency improvement percentage, generated content adoption rate, customer satisfaction increase, etc.), collect user feedback and multilingual/cross-cultural adaptation issues from local teams, and provide input to headquarters product teams for continuous AI algorithm model iteration.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–4 years or more experience in AI product operations, AI technology promotion, digital transformation project management, or internet overseas business.
- AI Expertise and Application Practice:
- Extensive use and familiarity with mainstream large language models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) and generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Mastery of advanced Prompt Engineering skills, capable of writing and debugging efficient Prompts for various business scenarios.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing automation, multilingual translation, intelligent customer service, data analysis, and related fields.
