About this role
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide level 1 application support.
Work closely with Corporate and local IT team to implement corporate and local IT projects.
Assist and support the development of system applications.
Provide written specifications and work with development team for any related change management activities.
Provide application training for end users to ensure they are well equipped with knowledge to fully utilize the applications.
Together with other IT support team members and external consultants, capture and log all user calls and ensure prompt response and solution for users.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining creative user documentation.
Provide recommendations to end users (as per policy) about accessing information and support.
To assist in report building for business unit.
Be up to date with latest software technologies.

Job Description
Software Development (70%) | DevOps & RD (30%)
Full Stack Development
● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across both front-end andback-end.
● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering bestpractices.
● Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
● Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL,and MongoDB.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,or a related field.
● At least 5 year of Full Stack development or DevOps experience.
● Hands-on experience developing applications with Flutter.
● Experience building or maintaining high-scale applications is a plus.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
● Experience designing AI prompts, AI workflows, or AI Agents
● Experience with automation platforms such as n8n
● Knowledge of observability and application monitoring tools
● Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similarAI-assisted development tools will be an advantage

● Develop and modify modules using X++; customize reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
