Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Create programs to drive revenues in the outlets, including unique events throughout the year, seasonal programming for holidays, etc. to drive F&B revenue.
•Develop a strong team through consistently effective leadership, operations, and succession planning
•Effective and timely interaction with all Hotel departments including participation and representation in hotel wide meetings / committees as required.
Qualifications
•At least 3 year experience in Food&Beverage Function and in the Manager level
•Good negotiation and communication skills
•Good command in English
•Strong team spirit and leadership skill
•Able to work under pressure and limited time
•Computer skill (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
