หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Job Description) บริหารและพัฒนายอดขายในช่องทางห้างสรรพสินค้า วางแผนและดําเนินกลยุทธ์การขายให้สอดล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดชื้อและผู้บริหารของห้างสรรพสินค้าในการกำหนดแผนการขายและการส่งเสริมการขาย รวมถึง แก้ไขปัญหา เจรจาต่อรองเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามโยบายบริษัท ควบคุมการจัดเรียงสินค้าและบริหารพื้นที่ขายในห้างให้เหมาะสม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดชาย พฤติกรรมลูกค้า และแนวโน้มตลาดเพื่อนำมาปรับกลยุทธ์ ดูแลและบริหารที่มหนักงานขายหน้าร้าน รวมถึงการธบรมและกระตุ้นยอขาย ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาดในการทำโปรโมชั่นและกิจกรรมทางการขาย ติดตามผลการขายและจัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร คุณสมบัติ (Competency & Qualification) ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในห้างสรรพสินค้า หรือ Modern Trade อย่างน้อย 3 ปี มีทักษะการบริหารที่มงาน การติดต่อประสานงาน และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขายและแนวโน้มตลาด มีความเข้าใจโครงสร้างการขายและโปรโมชั่นของช่องทางห้างสรรพสินค้า สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint ได้ดี สามารถเดินทางไปเยี่ยมสาขาต่างๆ ของห้างได้ตามความจำเป็น *มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว

มีความรู้เรื่องบ้าน , วัสดุก่อสร้าง , เครื่องมือช่าง ขอคนมีประสบการณ์ขาย 2ปีขึ้นไป
