Worldly is trusted by 40,000 global brands, retailers, and manufacturers to provide the single source of ESG intelligence they need to accelerate business and industry transformation. Through strategic and meaningful customer relationships, Worldly provides key insights around supplier performance, product impact, trends analysis, and compliance. Backed by a dedicated global team of individuals aligned by values, Worldly proudly operates as a public benefit corporation with backing from mission-aligned investors. Want to learn more? Read our story. About The Role This role sits at the center of Worldly's supplier side business, in the region where most of the network actually lives. East and Southeast Asia is home to tens of thousands of the manufacturers on the Worldly platform. How well we reach them, how easy we make it to join and get value, and how clearly we tell them what's in it for them, all of that runs through this seat. You'll own the marketing that helps suppliers find Worldly, buy in, get onboarded, and stay. You'll make the global message land in local markets. And you'll be the person making sure the supplier voice shows up in how we position, build, and sell. The supplier purchase experience is a direct revenue driver, so the words, the flow, and the in-product messaging all move the numbers. You'll report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and work shoulder to shoulder with the Regional Supplier Engagement and Lifecycle teams in Hong Kong. What You'll Do - Own positioning and messaging for the global supplier audience: the factories, manufacturers, vendors, and others who buy and complete assessments on Worldly. - Drive the supplier purchase and onboarding experience. Suppliers buy through Worldly directly, so you'll help reduce friction and lift the rate at which they find us, buy, and finish their first assessment. - Make the value obvious and specific. One assessment that satisfies many brand customers. Less time lost to repeat audits. A path to win new business with the 350+ buyers already on the network. Your job is to make that real, not abstract. - Adapt the global message for local markets. Translate, localize, and reshape so it's culturally relevant and lands the way it should across the region's biggest supplier markets. - Produce supplier content and enablement at volume using AI-assisted workflows. Onboarding emails, success stories, assessment guidance, in-product copy, partner materials. You'll build and run these workflows yourself, not wait in a queue. - Bring the region back to the team. Stay close to suppliers and the people who serve them, and feed what you learn into positioning, our buyer intelligence practice, and the product roadmap. - Partner across functions and time zones with Regional Supplier Engagement, Lifecycle, Demand Generation, Growth, and Product. - Support association and partner co-marketing in region, including work with the industry bodies that shape how suppliers think about assessments and standards. We'd Like to See - Minimum 6 years in product marketing or an adjacent go-to-market role (content, demand, lifecycle, partner, or community marketing) in B2B SaaS, B2B ecommerce, or a related industry. - Experience in consumer goods supply chains, and manufacturing. - Proven track record of directly increasing revenue and ecommerce sales with marketing programs that target business customers. - Experience serving as a strategic voice of the customer within product development cycles — influencing roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy - Fluent in English plus at least one relevant regional language. - A strong writer and editor in English and one additional regional language who can take technical, regulatory, or data-heavy material and make it clear, useful, and human. - Comfortable with data. You can read it, question it, and turn it into a story and an argument. - AI-fluent, or hungry to be. You already build AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and enablement, or you're eager to learn fast. This is how the team works, not a side experiment. - A real collaborator who works well across functions, cultures, and time zones. It Helps If You Have - Localization or multi-market marketing experience. - eCommerce or self-serve purchase experience. - Mandarin is a strong plus given how much of our supplier network is in China. Why This Role You'll own a motion that's core to the business, in the region where the network lives. You'll have real scope, not a narrow lane. And you'll help build an AI-native way of working on a team that's actively reinventing how marketing operates. If you want work that shows up in the numbers and shapes how a category leader grows, this is it. What We Can Offer You - Comprehensive benefits offerings. 100% employee premium covered by Worldly. - Growth Opportunities - Equipment Stipends - Unlimited PTO - Paid company holidays Life at Worldly Our team is motivated to transform the way products are made. What We're Looking For - Strong software engineering background with significant experience building and shipping production systems. - Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases or cloud infrastructure. - Strong system design and architecture skills with experience making technical decisions for complex or high-scale systems. - Strong coding ability and willingness to remain hands-on. - Proven experience leading major engineering projects or providing technical leadership to other engineers. - Comfortable reviewing code, debugging complex issues and working directly with production systems. - Able to explain complex technical decisions clearly and influence engineers across teams. - Strong product sense and ability to connect technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. - Able to work fast with ambiguity and take ownership from problem definition through production. - Strong judgment around when to move quickly, when to simplify and when deeper engineering investment is required. This Role Is Not For - Engineers who want a leadership title but no longer want to write or review code. - People who only want to work within one narrow technical area. - Engineers who wait for complete specifications before starting. - Candidates who over-engineer solutions when a simpler approach would achieve the outcome. - Engineers who focus only on implementation without understanding the product or business problem. - People who avoid production incidents, difficult debugging or ownership after release. - Candidates who make vague claims about technical leadership without being able to explain what they personally designed, built, shipped or scaled. The Bar We are looking for technical leaders with real engineering career highlights. A strong highlight is not simply having a senior title or working at a famous technology company. A strong highlight means you personally designed, built, shipped or scaled a serious product, platform or system and can go deep into the technical decisions behind it. You should be able to demonstrate both technical depth and technical leadership — someone who can solve difficult engineering problems personally while making the engineers around them stronger. Location This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations. Language English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required. About Agoda At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world. Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide. No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us. Agoda is a leading global online travel platform connecting millions of travellers with accommodation, flights, and activities across 2 million+ properties in 200+ countries. As part of Booking Holdings, the world's largest online travel group, we combine the agility of a tech startup with global scale, investing heavily in data science, machine learning, and product innovation to make travel easier for everyone. The Opportunity Agoda's Customer Experience Group (CEG) is a large, globally distributed operation serving millions of customers through thousands of agents across owned sites and BPO partners. This role leads the Enablement Team Engine at the heart of CEG, the three interconnected functions that detect performance gaps, build capability, and drive adoption at scale. Talent Development, Quality Assurance and Change & Communications teams are all part of this function. With generative AI reshaping how we learn and work, QA automation raising the bar on insight quality, and major platform migrations underway in 2026, this is a pivotal moment to shape how 3,000+ agents and leaders grow, perform, and change. What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership - Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for Talent Development, Quality Assurance, and Change & Communications, ensuring they operate as one integrated Enablement engine aligned to CEG business priorities and OKRs. - Champion the adoption of generative AI across learning, QA, and communications workflows, and lead the function through significant platform migrations and operational transformation. Talent Development - Own the end-to-end learning architecture, onboarding, continuous learning, leadership development, and specialised upskilling, and drive measurable capability uplift using data from QA and operations to iterate fast. - Embed coaching frameworks that empower leaders to develop their teams day-to-day, and partner with HR, Operations, and Product to build capability ahead of demand. Quality Assurance - Lead a QA function that goes beyond scoring, build frameworks that generate actionable behavioural and performance insights, drive automation at scale, and establish calibration processes that ensure consistency across owned sites and BPO partners. - Use root-cause analysis to influence process, product, and policy decisions upstream, not just to report scores. Change & Communications - Lead CEG's change management capability for major transformations, build structured frameworks covering impact assessment, adoption tracking, and resistance management as standard practice across the organisation. - Own CEG's internal communications strategy: leadership messaging, channel management, engagement programmes, and knowledge architecture that keeps a distributed global workforce informed and aligned. People Leadership - Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 140 across three sub-functions, coaching direct reports to operate with strategic independence and building a high-performance culture with clear accountability at every level. - Drive team engagement and retention; advocate actively for your people's growth and next career moves. Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted partner to CEG Operations, HR, Product, and Technology leadership, translating Enablement outputs into business impact and representing the function at senior leadership level. - Manage BPO partner relationships to ensure Enablement standards are consistently embedded beyond Agoda's owned sites. What We're Looking For: Required Experience - 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Quality, or Organisational Effectiveness, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams. - Demonstrated track record leading at least two of the three disciplines (TD, QA, Change & Communications) in a large, complex, customer-facing environment. - Experience designing and scaling learning programmes, QA frameworks, or change initiatives in a contact centre, BPO-managed, or global operations context. - Strong data orientation, you use metrics to make decisions, evaluate impact, and challenge assumptions, not just to report activity. - Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver in a high-velocity, iterative environment; comfortable with fast change and imperfect information. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage credibly at C-suite level and on the contact centre floor. - Experience managing or partnering with BPO / outsourced operations is strongly preferred. Preferred / Nice-to-Haves - Experience with generative AI tools applied to learning design, QA automation, or communications. - Background in travel tech, e-commerce, or other high-volume digital consumer businesses. - Familiarity with knowledge management systems and content governance in large-scale operations. Why Agoda - Scale that matters, your work shapes the capability and performance of thousands of customer-facing professionals across a global operation. - A data-first, fast-iteration culture where ideas are tested, results are measured, and good work is recognized, no politics, no bureaucracy for its own sake. - Access to the resources, best practices, and talent networks of Booking Holdings, one of the world's leading technology companies. - A genuinely diverse, collaborative team spanning dozens of nationalities, with a Bangkok Operational HQ that is a hub of energy, innovation, and opportunity. - Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and real scope to grow into broader CEG, Agoda or Booking Holdings leadership. What You'll Own - Lead the technical design and execution of major products, features and engineering initiatives. - Design scalable, reliable and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and infrastructure. - Stay hands-on with engineering through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging and production problem-solving. - Make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs that balance speed, scalability, reliability and maintainability. - Break ambiguous product and technical problems into clear engineering solutions and execution plans. - Set a high bar for code quality, system design, testing, security, observability and production reliability. - Review technical designs and code from other engineers and provide clear, actionable feedback. - Mentor engineers and help strengthen technical capability across the team. - Identify technical risks, bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses before they become larger problems. - Work closely with engineering, product, design and AI teams to ship high-quality products quickly. - Improve engineering tooling, development practices and automation to increase team velocity. - Own systems beyond release — monitor production, investigate incidents, resolve root causes and continuously improve reliability. Interview Process Our process is designed to move fast: - Online assessment or practical task - Technical interview - CEO / final round For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.
