Role Purpose: The Assistant People Operations Manager supports the People Operations Manager in driving talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, training coordination and operational people partnering to ensure effective HR service delivery and positive employee experience. The role works closely with business stakeholders and Regional People Team to support day-to-day people operations, recruitment, employee development, and people initiatives while escalating strategic, complex and sensitive people matters to the People Operations Manager. What you’ll do - Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members on logistics best practices. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries. - Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans. - Coordinate with onsite vendors teams to align shipment schedules. - Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes. - Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization. - Maintain accurate transport planning data and reports. What you will need - Over 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service - Good command in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing & Listening) - Require skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation - Rationale thinking & good teamwork - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with coordination skills - A dynamic leader with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. - Work experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related roles. - Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
